Hello, Torch Friends.

Sorry for the change, but we've had to move our production of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof to 2011.

Why? Because I'm pregnant!

I'm happy to report that I'm expecting a baby in February, which puts a damper me wearing a slip for Act 1 of our play. I don't think any creative costuming would cover this ever-expanding bump. So in the interest of preserving the integrity of our production, we're moving it to this time next fall, dates tbd.

This change is actually great news for Torch. This extra time before our January show affords us the opportunity to focus our energies on the structure of the theater and to work on our long-term goals that include creating full seasons and adding an education component to our theater. We look forward to announcing both our season and our kid's classes in the very near future.

Thank you so much for your continued support of Torch Theater. Please visit this website so we can keep you posted on our new dates for Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, information on Glengarry Glen Ross and our other upcoming productions.
